GO Live Music in West London

Live Music in West London Get your toes tapping to the best live music available in West London with some top venues awaiting your arrival.

One of West London’s most famous green spaces comes alive every few weeks with some of the best music events in the world.

Hyde Park [map], Park Lane, plays host to a number of festivals including BBC Proms In The Park, Party In The Park, and The Pride Festival. There’s also gigs from popular bands including The Red Hot Chilli Peppers, The Thrills, and Groove Armada.

If you like your beats smooth and swinging head to the famous Bluejay Jazz Lounge [map], Uxbridge Road. Groovy cats head here to enjoy fine food and an ambient atmosphere, so get that Martini ready and settle down to enjoy some happening sounds.

A packed programme of some of the best jazz in the UK includes appearances from the likes of Anna Jacyszyn, the Geoff Castle Trio, and The Leo Green Experience.

Head out to Kingston Upon Thames for a programme of punk-a-thon’s that will immediately have you reminiscing or rediscovering the 1980s. The Peel [map], Hampden Road, hosts regular Household Name Records nights which are packed with the latest punk, rock and goth talent.

With something to suit every musical taste The Notting Hill Arts Club [map] has a brimming programme of excellent acts and bands appearing on every night of the week. Most popular evenings include Inspiration Information which is dedicated to soul, jazz, funk and hip hop, Lazy Dog – a deep house experience featuring talented resident DJs Ben Watt and Jay Hannan - and Rota which is an afternoon gig featuring live DJs. The Notting Hill Arts Club is based at Notting Hill Gate.

If you like your music loud and passionate check out The Richmond Theatre [map], Richmond Green, which features a selection of some of the world's best touring operas. There’s also the opportunity to see some top musicals.
