GO Car & Motorcycle

Getting Around in Stratford Upon Avon Getting to Stratford-Upon-Avon from anywhere in the UK should be pretty easy as it has good links to all major motorways.

From the North:
take the M40 and use exit 15, then take the A46 directly to Stratford.

From the South:
take the A3400 (Oxford)

From the South-West and the M5:
Take Exit 9 at Tewkesbury, follow the A46 to Evesham and then follow the signs to Stratford.

Once in Stratford-Upon-Avon you’ll find that parking your vehicle isn’t the difficult affair it is in some other parts of the UK. The council provides eight car parks providing more than 2,800 parking spaces.

The two car parks within Stratford-Upon-Avon, Bridgefoot multi-storey and the adjacent Unicorn Meadow are barrier controlled pay on foot, which means you take a ticket on entering the car park, retain it, and pay the required fee before collecting your car.

The other Stratford-upon-Avon car parks are pay and display, which means you have to buy a ticket on arrival. The charges apply 24 hours daily, seven days a week.
